Griffonage services are based upon the professional expertise, industry knowledge and management skills of Michael Smith, a highly experienced search consultant and senior executive coach, and Rebekah Gilbert, an equally experienced and qualified voice and wellbeing coach. Personally undertaking all assignments themselves, Michael and Rebekah operate as a totally integrated and complementary team whether the assignment involves search, coaching for short-term objectives or an executive’s career-long development.
